Meet Steven Rowlands, Founder
What sets Steven apart from most builders is the deliberate breadth of his training. He has invested consistently in his own professional development across every aspect of the build process, from site safety and construction skills through to property development, project management, and client communication. That combination is unusual in this trade, and Steven is personally responsible for every project Haus Developer takes on, from the first conversation through to the final handover.

Qualifications and Certifications
Site Safety and Management
Steven holds the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification and Site Safety Awareness certification, both completed in 2024, alongside his IOSH Managing Safely qualification first achieved in 2014. He holds a GQA Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Fenestration Installation, is a certified Elite Installer for resin bound stone, and holds specialist Hi-Finity II Installation training. On the commercial side, he completed the Developing Homes Property Developers Blueprint in 2024, the Refurbishment Accelerator and Kick Start programmes in 2023 and 2024, and the Project Management Bootcamp in January 2023.

Steven holds a GQA Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Fenestration Installation, awarded in September 2022, covering the installation of windows and doors to recognised national standards. He is a certified Elite Installer for decorative resin bound stone installation, and holds specialist training in Hi-Finity II Installation covering both manual and automatic systems, completed in March 2022.
